The Saxnäs GTX boots are made from superb high-quality leather, and are ideal for trekking and hunting in the mountains and on other rough terrain. Despite their leather construction, they are surprisingly light, and exceptionally comfortable, with a stiff sole to provide the support you need when the ground conditions are uneven. The boots have a field-tested, waterproof GORE-TEX membrane and are designed and manufactured in Europe. We stand behind their quality. As for all our footwear, we offer a two-year warranty that covers you in the unlikely event of any material or manufacturing defect in the boots.

Description
The Saxnäs GTX boots weigh only about 740 grams per boot, despite being a solid, durable leather boot. The boot has a mid-height shaft of 7”/18 cm and a regular fit.

The Saxnäs GTX boots feature a waterproof GORE-TEX Sierra membrane. During production, every single boot membrane is tested in a water bath to ensure waterproofness. In addition, we perform a 30-minute centrifuge spot test on 5% of the total boot production to further ensure that the membrane quality is as high as possible.

The boots’ upper is made of nubuck leather, and the soles are stiff Vibram® quality soles that provide the necessary support when walking in mountainous or rocky terrain. The boots also have a shock-absorbing midsole, making them comfortable for long walks, even on very uneven ground. The boots are reinforced with an extra durable material all the way around above the sole.
